• engage with clients to understand their business requirements, communicate and conduct interviews with stakeholders and provide research design and reporting

• research and fieldwork partners to plan and manage data collection

You are also expected to be;​​

​

• able to work in Malaysia legally

• from a reputable university with a degree in any discipline with good academic record

• having at least 2 years of working experience in consulting/business advisory/research/data analytics.

• have leadership quality and highly motivated problem solver and passionate about engaging with people, analysing data and provide advice by articulating well in both reporting and/or oral format.

• familiar with strategic management models and analysis tools

• exceptional in analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills especially meticulous in working with spreadsheet, charting, data visualisation and translating to powerpoint and/or word formats (proven command of SQL and/or Big Query will be added advantage)

• having a good command of English language in both written and oral (able to converse and write in Chinese and/or Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage)

• displaying good behaviour, acknowledging and respecting co-workers’ views, and promoting camaraderie at all times
