Business matching for a Malaysian sauce manufacturer with Japanese investor

The situation

A well-known Malaysian chilli sauce manufacturer with an established global market would like to raise fund from a foreign strategic investor to expand their production and global market reach.

 

Our role and methodology

As a conduit, Aleevar helped the client to develop an Information Memorandum (IM) and business valuation (e.g. free cash flow) as a formal information pack for investors. The IM included investment merits, business projection and financial details, transaction deal and company strategic roadmap.

 

The deliverable

With the IM, Aleevar, collaborating with our Japanese partner, brokered meetings and bridge communications for the client and Japanese investor with the intent of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) exercise.
